Its started ..Old Smithfield car park blocked !

They’ve just been to cordon off the car park just in time for Bank Holiday!
At the bottom of the picture and to the right is where the Covid patients park, so they won’t have access to these spaces.  This will make the left-hand side parking (on this picture, but nearest the road) very busy!
