The Bridgnorth bypass is a footpath ‘not’ a cycle route ..

This has been confirmed by Shropshire county council who have recently double checked the plans…no cycling signs are to be erected at the top and bottom of the bypass in the near future ?…

Cycle routes are clearly marked in and around Bridgnorth… It is becoming increasingly dangerous for pedestrians owing to inconsiderate cyclists trying to force them onto the uneven stones or the road itself!!  It is illegal to cycle on the bypass footpath!
